CSU imports and the Off Road flag

We have long had an internal flag on cards used to mark some cards as “OFF ROAD”, but the networks don’t really recognize that.  As a consequence, importing card additions and changes via the CSU import would not support this flag.  We have adapted by adding a field to the Authorized  Products maintenance off the network menus to control whether cards should be marked as “OFF ROAD”.

This is now supported in the Pacific Pride CSU import, and could be added elsewhere as needed.  It’s a quick update if you need this installed.
