CSV file extension of C/L Polling Journal

We’ve added an option to the Cardlock Polling Journal to have emailed to the person running it a .csv file suitable for use in Excel.  This file contains data on all the transactions in the batch, including some data that doesn’t appear on the journal.  Option #1 used to be about starting up Report Manager — we’re not going to support that any longer, mainly because it’s too hard to make additions and changes.  Now that prompt reads:

1) ON COMPLETION, SEND DATA TO………………….: Email .CSV to me

The current columns:

“ENTRY#,TRANS#,CUST,CUST_NAME,CARD,CARD_NAME,NWK,SITE,”
“SITE_NAME,NWK_SITE,DATE,TIME,PUMP,FT,FUEL,KEYBD,”
“ST,P_PROF,P_DATE,P_MATCH,P_SITE”

This is something we can expand as needed if other fields are desired.

Note that “Email to myself” only works if the current user is on file in User Maintenance, with a valid email address on file there.
