Mass move of next month invoice queues at month end

Next month invoices have their own queue, from which they can be brought into the current Invoice Register batch once the month has advanced (assuming one is not yet running Next Month A/R).  A client has asked that instead of having these moved as registers are run, that the Month End Close automatically move all such invoices where they can be staged in current month registers.
