Effective January 1, 2024, Petroleum Rx has rebranded as Senita Solutions and proudly becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Planet Group, a longstanding partner with whom we share a history and vision.
All prior owners of Petroleum Rx were investors in Green Planet and now hold much larger stakes. Bill Smallwood is a board director. Senita Solutions now operates under the leadership of Patti Pando, who will spearhead our software division alongside the lubricant segment, XenTx.
With the support and resources of Green Planet Group, our web-based Octane product will undergo accelerated development, enabling us to explore new market niches and expand our reach. This strategic merger positions Senita Solutions at the forefront of new market opportunities, while providing Green Planet Group with access to our experienced software development team and robust code library. We believe this synergy will enhance our ability to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a secure and prosperous future for all stakeholders involved.
